1. Introduction
These terms and conditions and the documents referred to below (the "Terms") apply to the use of the current website (the "Website") and its related or connected services (collectively, the "Service").
You should carefully review these Terms as they contain important information concerning your rights and obligations concerning the use of the Website and form a binding legal agreement between you — our customer (the "Customer") — and us. By using this Website and/or accessing the Service, you, whether you are a guest or a registered user with an account ("Account"), agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any amendments, which may be published from time to time. If you do not accept these Terms, you should refrain from accessing the Service and using the Website.
The Service is owned by ORBIT Interactive Tech LTD, a limited liability company with registration number 27465, with registered address 9 Barrack Road, Belize City, Belize, licensed in the State of Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005.
2. General Terms
We reserve the right to revise and amend the Terms (including any documents referred to and linked to below) at any time. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions. Amendments will be binding and effective immediately upon publication on this Website. If you object to any such changes, you must immediately stop using the Service. Your continued use of the Website following such publication will indicate your agreement to be bound by the Terms as amended. Any bets not settled prior to the changed Terms taking effect will be subject to the pre-existing Terms.
3. Your Obligations
You acknowledge that at all times when accessing the Website and using the Service:
3.1. You are over 18, or the legal age at which gambling, or gaming activities are allowed under the law or jurisdiction that applies to you. We reserve the right to request proof of age documents from you at any time.
3.2. You are of legal capacity and can enter into a binding legal agreement with us. You must not access the Website or utilize the Service if you are not of legal capacity.
3.3. You are a resident in a jurisdiction that allows gambling. You are not a resident of any country in which access to online gambling to its residents or to any person within such country is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the service is legal.
3.4. You may not use a VPN, proxy or similar services or devices that mask or manipulate the identification of your real location.
3.5. You are the authorized user of the payment method you use.
3.6. You must make all payments to us in good faith and not attempt to reverse a payment made or take any action which will cause such payment to be reversed by a third party.
3.7. When placing bets you may lose some or all of your money deposited to the Service in accordance with these Terms and you will be fully responsible for that loss.
3.8. When placing bets you must not use any information obtained in breach of any legislation in force in the country in which you were when the bet was placed.
3.9. You are not acting on behalf of another party or for any commercial purposes, but solely on your own behalf as a private individual in a personal capacity.
3.10. You must not either attempt to manipulate any market or element within the Service in bad faith nor in a manner that adversely affects the integrity of the Service or us.
3.11. You must generally act in good faith in relation to us or the Service at all times and for all bets made using the Service.
3.12. You, or, if applicable, your employees, employers, agents, or family members, are not registered as an Affiliate in our Affiliate program.
4. Restricted use
4.1. You must not use the Service:
4.1.1. If you are under the age of 18 years (or below the age of majority as stipulated in the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you) or if you are not legally able to enter into a binding legal agreement with us, or you are acting as an agent for, or otherwise on behalf of, a person under 18 years (or below the age of majority as stipulated in the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you).
4.1.2. If you reside in a country in which access to online gambling to its residents or to any person within such country is prohibited.
4.1.3. If you are a resident of, or accessing the Website from, any of the following Restricted Countries (as deemed by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority), including but not limited to:

- France and its territories
- Germany
- Netherlands and its territories
- Spain
- Union of Comoros
- United Kingdom
- USA and its territories
- All FATF Blacklisted countries
- Any other jurisdictions deemed prohibited by Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority.
4.1.4. To collect nicknames, e-mail addresses and/or other information of other Customers by any means (e.g., sending spam, other types of unsolicited emails or the unauthorized framing of, or linking to, the Service).
4.1.5. To disrupt or unduly affect or influence the activities of other Customers or the operation of the Service generally.
4.1.6. To promote unsolicited commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation which may be removed from the Service without notice.
4.1.7. In any way which, in our reasonable opinion, could be considered as an attempt to: (i) cheat the Service or another Customer using the Service; or (ii) collude with any other Customer using the Service in order to obtain a dishonest advantage.
4.1.8. To scrape our odds or violate any of our Intellectual Property Rights.
4.1.9. For any unlawful activity whatsoever.
4.2. You cannot sell or transfer your account to third parties, nor can you acquire a player account from a third party.
4.3. You may not, in any manner, transfer funds between player accounts.
4.4. We may immediately terminate your Account upon written notice to you if you use the Service for unauthorized purposes. We may also take legal action against you for doing so in certain circumstances.
4.5. Employees of Company, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional or other agencies, media partners, contractors, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are NOT allowed to use the Service for real money without prior consent from the Company Director or CEO. If such activity is discovered, the account(s) will be immediately terminated and all bonuses/winnings will be forfeited.
5. Registration
You agree that at all times when using the Service:
5.1. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a registration application from any applicant at our sole discretion and without any obligation to communicate a specific reason.
5.2. Before using the Service, you must personally complete the registration form and read and accept these Terms. To start betting on the Service or withdraw your winnings, we may require you to become a verified Customer (KYC checks). You may be required to provide valid proof of identification and any other document deemed necessary (e.g., passport/driver’s licence/national ID and a recent utility bill). We may suspend wagering or restrict Account options until the required information is received. This is done in line with applicable gaming regulation and AML requirements. You will also need to fund your Account using the payment methods listed on our Website.
5.3. Provide accurate contact information, including a valid Registered Email Address, and keep it updated. Failure to do so may result in missing important Account notifications. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and accessibility of your Registered Email Address. Accounts may be suspended if a reachable email is not provided. Intentional provision of false information may lead to immediate suspension and possible legal action.
5.4. Only one Account per customer is allowed. Multiple accounts (including via representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons and/or third parties) are subject to immediate closure.
5.5. To ensure financial worthiness and confirm identity, we may request additional personal information or use third-party providers. If obtained via third parties, we will inform you.
5.6. Keep your password confidential. If Account credentials are correctly supplied, we assume bets, deposits, and withdrawals are made by you. Change your password regularly and never disclose it. Notify us immediately if you suspect misuse, hacking, or compromise of your Account or Registered Email Address (we may request additional verification). We will suspend your Account once aware; you are responsible for all activity until then.
5.7. You must not transmit content or information from the Service to another Customer/party via screen capture (or similar), nor display such information in frames or in any manner different from direct navigation to the Service.
5.8. When registering, you may use all currencies available on the website (subject to payment method availability and possible processing currency & conversion).
5.9. We are under no obligation to open an Account; sign-up is an invitation to treat. We may refuse at our sole discretion without providing reasons.
5.10. Upon receipt of your application, we may request further information and/or documentation to comply with regulatory and legal obligations.
6. Your Account
6.1. Accounts may use several currencies; balances and transactions appear in the currency used for the transaction.
6.2. We do not give credit.
6.3. We may close or suspend an Account if you are not (or we reasonably believe you are not) complying with these Terms, to ensure integrity/fairness, or for other reasonable grounds. Prior notice may not be possible. We may cancel/void bets and withhold money (including deposits) in such cases.
6.4. We may close or suspend any Account without prior notice and return all funds. Contractual obligations already matured will be honored.
6.5. We may refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any wager at any time for any reason, including suspected attempts to circumvent limits/regulations.
6.6. Mistaken credits remain our property and will be withdrawn once identified.
6.7. If your Account goes overdrawn, you owe us the overdrawn amount.
6.8. Inform us as soon as you become aware of any errors with respect to your Account.
6.9. Gambling is for entertainment; stop if it stops being fun. Do not bet what you cannot afford to lose. We offer self-exclusion on request (effective within 24 hours).
6.10. You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge your Account or any assets/rights connected to it.
6.11. To close your account, email our Customer Support using your Registered Email Address via the links on the Website.
7. Deposit of Funds
7.1. Deposits must be made from an account/payment method registered in your name. Deposits in other currencies may be converted using daily rates (e.g., oanda.com, bank, or processor rate). Some payment systems may apply additional exchange fees.
7.2. Fees/charges may apply to deposits and withdrawals (see Website). In most cases we absorb transaction fees for deposits to your zamba.bet Account. You are responsible for your own bank charges.
7.3. We use third-party processors for cards; your Account is credited only upon authorization.
7.4. You agree to fully pay all payments/charges to us or providers. No charge-backs, renounces or reversals. Any winnings from wagers using charged-back funds will be forfeited. Your player account is not a bank account, not insured, and bears no interest.
7.5. Acceptance of promotional/bonus offers implies agreement to the Terms of Bonuses and specific bonus terms.
7.6. Funds from criminal/illegal/unauthorized activities must not be deposited.
7.7. If depositing via card, retain transaction records and a copy of these Terms.
7.8. Online gambling may be illegal where you are located; if so, you are not authorized to use your payment card here. You must know your local laws.
8. Withdrawal of Funds
8.1. You may withdraw unutilized and cleared funds by submitting a request per our withdrawal conditions. Minimum withdrawal per transaction: €10 (or equivalent), except on full account closure.
8.2. No withdrawal commission if you wager the deposit at least 1 time; otherwise, we may deduct an 8% fee (minimum €4) to combat money laundering.
8.3. We may request photo ID, address confirmation, or additional verification (selfie, verification call, etc.) before granting withdrawals, and at any time thereafter.
8.4. Withdrawals must go to the original payment method where possible; exceptions may require extra checks.
8.5. If your account is inaccessible/dormant/locked/closed, contact Customer Service for withdrawals.
8.6. If your balance is ≥ 10× your total deposits, monthly withdrawal limit: €5,000; otherwise €10,000 per month.
8.7. We cannot guarantee processing of withdrawals or refunds if you breach the Restricted use policy (Clauses 3.3 and 4).
9. Payment Transactions and Processors
9.1. You are fully responsible for paying all monies owed. No reversals to avoid liabilities; you will reimburse us for any charge-backs/denials/reversals plus an administration fee of €50 (or equivalent) per occurrence.
9.2. We may use third-party processors/merchant banks; you agree to their terms where disclosed and not conflicting with these Terms.
9.3. Transactions may be checked to prevent AML/TF; suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authority.
10. Errors
10.1. In case of errors/malfunctions of our system or processes, all bets are void. Inform us immediately upon becoming aware of any error. We are not liable for losses due to such errors and may void games/bets and take corrective actions.
10.2. If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odd (materially different from market or clearly incorrect at the time), we may cancel/void that wager, including wagers made after an event has started.
10.3. We may recover any overpaid amounts and adjust your Account. If insufficient funds remain, we may demand payment. We may cancel/reduce/delete pending plays, whether or not placed with funds resulting from the error.
11. Rules of Play, refunds and cancellations
11.1. Winners are determined on the settlement date; protested/overturned decisions are not recognized for wagering purposes.
11.2. Results posted become final after 72 hours; within 72 hours we only reset/correct due to human/system/source error.
11.3. If a result is overturned by the governing body within the payout period, all money will be refunded.
11.4. If a draw option exists: stakes on team win/lose are lost on a draw. If no draw option: refunds on draw; if no draw option and extra time is played, extra time counts.
11.5. If a result cannot be validated (e.g., interrupted feed), wagers may be deemed invalid and refunded at our election.
11.6. Min/max wager amounts are determined by us and may change; we may adjust limits per Account.
11.7. Customers are solely responsible for their transactions; completed transactions cannot be changed. Check My Account after each session.
11.8. A matchup has action as long as the two teams are correct, regardless of the Website’s League header.
11.9. eSports start times are indicative. If suspended/postponed and not resumed within 72 hours, wagers are refunded (except “to advance/win tournament” markets, which stand).
11.10. If an event is posted with an incorrect date, wagers have action based on the governing body’s date.
11.11. Stand-ins do not invalidate a result (team’s choice).
11.12. We may remove events/markets/products at any time.

12. Communications and Notices
12.1. You must contact us via the Customer Support form on the Website.
12.2. Our notices to you will be posted on the Website and/or sent to your Registered Email Address (at our discretion).
12.3. All communications under these Terms must be in English and to/from your Registered Email Address.
12.4. From time to time, we may email you about betting, promotions, and other information from zamba.bet. You agree to receive such emails when registering; you can opt out via Customer Support.
13. Matters Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for failure/delay due to Force Majeure (e.g., act of God, labor disputes, power cuts, government acts/omissions, telecom failures, third-party delays). We may cancel/suspend the Service without liability in such events.
14. Liability
14.1. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for reasonably foreseeable direct/indirect loss or damage unless we breach non-excludable legal duties (including death/personal injury by negligence). We are not liable where failure is due to: (i) your fault; (ii) a third party unrelated to performance (e.g., network performance/congestion/connectivity or your equipment); or (iii) events not foreseeable/preventable with reasonable care. No business losses covered.
14.2. If liable, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed (A) the value of the bets/wagers placed via your Account in respect of the relevant liability, or (B) €500, whichever is lower.
14.3. We strongly recommend verifying compatibility of the Service with your equipment and taking reasonable precautions (e.g., anti-virus software).
15. Gambling By Those Under Age
15.1. If we suspect/are notified that you are or were under 18 (or below the local majority age) when betting, your Account will be locked. If confirmed that you are/were underage or acted for an underage person:
- All winnings currently/due to be credited will be retained;
- All winnings gained while underage must be paid to us on demand (we will recover associated costs if needed);
- Non-winnings deposits will be returned to you or retained until you turn 18 at our discretion. We may deduct payment transaction fees, including fees for deposits to your zamba.bet account which we covered.
15.2. Applies also if you are over 18 but bet in a jurisdiction with a higher legal age and you are below that minimum.
15.3. If we suspect breach or fraud regarding this clause, we may take necessary actions, including informing law enforcement.
16. Fraud
We will seek criminal and contractual sanctions against any Customer involved in fraud, dishonesty or criminal acts. We will withhold payment where suspected. You shall indemnify us for all losses/costs (direct/indirect/consequential, including loss of profit/business/reputation) arising from your fraud/dishonesty/criminal act.
17. Intellectual Property
17.1. Unauthorized use of our name/logo may result in legal action.
17.2. We are the sole owners of rights in and to the Service, our technology, software, business systems (the "Systems") and our odds.
17.3. You may not use our URL, trademarks, trade names/trade dress, logos (the "Marks") and/or our odds with any non-ours product/service, in any confusing/disparaging manner.
17.4. Except as expressly provided, no rights, license, title or interest in the Systems or Marks are granted. Do not use any automatic/manual device to monitor/copy pages/content. Unauthorized use/reproduction may result in legal action.
18. Your License
18.1. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access/use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only; it terminates when this agreement ends.
18.2. Except for your own content, you may not modify/publish/transfer/sell/reproduce/upload/post/distribute/perform/display/create derivatives from or otherwise exploit the Service/content/software, except as expressly permitted. No scraping or data reorganization.
18.3. Non-compliance may violate our/third-party IP and proprietary rights and subject you to civil/criminal liability.
19. Your Conduct and Safety
19.1. Posting content or conduct that is unlawful, inappropriate, or undesirable is strictly prohibited (“Prohibited Behaviour”).
19.2. Engaging in Prohibited Behaviour may lead to immediate termination of your Account/access without notice, and potential legal action by us/others/authorities.
19.3. Prohibited Behaviour includes, but is not limited to:
- Promoting/sharing false, misleading or unlawful information; conducting unlawful/illegal activity; violating privacy/rights; creating/spreading viruses.
- Harming minors.
- Transmitting content that is unlawful/harmful/threatening/abusive/defamatory/obscene/lewd/violent/hateful or otherwise objectionable.
- Infringing third-party IP/proprietary rights.
- Transmitting material containing software viruses or code designed to interrupt/destroy/alter functionality of the Service/other sites/software/hardware.
- Interfering with, disrupting, or reverse-engineering the Service; intercepting/redirecting protocols; creating/using cheats/mods/hacks; using software that intercepts/collects information; retrieving or indexing information via robots/spiders/automation.
- Any activity that may defraud or scam another Customer.
- Unsolicited/unauthorized advertising or mass mailing (junk mail, IM spam “spim”, “spam”, chain letters, pyramid schemes, solicitations).
- Creating Accounts by automated means or under false/fraudulent pretenses; impersonation of others; or any act contrary to our business principles.
This list is not exhaustive and may be updated. We may investigate and take actions we deem appropriate, including deleting postings, terminating Accounts, and acting against any Customer/third party who engages in Prohibited Behaviour, with or without notice.
20. Links to Other Websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites not maintained by or related to us, over which we have no control. Such links are provided solely as a convenience and are not investigated/monitored/checked for accuracy/completeness by us. They do not imply endorsement or affiliation. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, completeness, accessibility or usefulness. Exercise usual precautions (review privacy policy and terms of use).
21. Complaints
21.1. For concerns/questions regarding these Terms, contact our Customer Service via the Website using your Registered Email Address.
21.2. We take no liability to you or third parties in responding to any complaint or action taken in connection therewith.
21.3. If you disagree with how a bet was settled, submit details to Customer Service. We aim to respond within a few days (and in any event within 28 days).
21.4. Disputes must be lodged within 3 days from the wager decision date; no claims honored after. Customers are solely responsible for their Account transactions.
21.5. We will attempt to reach an agreed solution; if not, the matter escalates to management.
21.6. If unresolved, you have the right to arbitration.
22. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms or any rights/obligations without our prior written consent (not unreasonably withheld). We may assign all/any portion of our rights/obligations to any third party able to provide substantially similar service by posting notice on the Service.
23. Severability
If any provision is deemed unenforceable/invalid, it shall be modified to reflect the original intent to the fullest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
24. Breach of These Terms
We may suspend or terminate your Account and refuse to continue providing the Service, without prior notice, if in our reasonable opinion you breach any material term. Notice of such action will be promptly provided.
25. General Provisions
25.1. Term. These Terms remain in force while you access/use the Service or are a Customer/visitor. They survive Account termination.
25.2. Gender/Number. Singular includes plural and vice versa; masculine includes feminine/neuter and vice versa; “persons” includes all entities.
25.3. Waiver. No waiver by us is effective unless in writing and signed; failure to enforce is not a waiver.
25.4. Acknowledgement. By accessing/using the Service hereafter, you acknowledge having read, understood and agreed to all paragraphs; you irrevocably waive any contrary claim.
25.5. Language. In case of discrepancy, the English version prevails.
25.6. Governing Law. These Terms are governed exclusively by the law in force in the State of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.
25.7. Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements/communications.
