Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and the documents referenced herein ("Terms") govern the use of the current website ("Website") and its related/connected services (together, the "Service").

By using the Website and/or accessing the Service, whether as a guest or as a registered user ("Account"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future amendments. If you do not agree, do not access the Service.

The Service is owned by Hyperion Holdings LTD, a limited liability company No. 46242, with registered office at 9 Barrack Road, Belize City, Belize, licensed in the State of Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005.

2. General Terms

We may review/alter these Terms at any time; changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Website. If you disagree, you must stop using the Service. Continued use indicates acceptance of the current version. Bets not settled prior to the change remain governed by the prior Terms.

3. Your Obligations

• 3.1. Be over 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction). We may require proof.
• 3.2. Have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
• 3.3. Be resident in a jurisdiction that permits online gambling; it is your responsibility to ensure the legality of use.
• 3.4. Not use a VPN, proxy, or devices to mask your location.
• 3.5. Be the authorized holder of the payment method.
• 3.6. Make payments in good faith and not attempt to charge them back.
• 3.7. Acknowledge that bets may result in partial or total loss of deposited amounts.
• 3.8. Not use information obtained in violation of applicable law.
• 3.9. Act on your own behalf and for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• 3.10. Not manipulate markets/elements of the Service.
• 3.11. Act in good faith in all interactions and betting.
• 3.12. You (or your related parties) may not be registered as an Affiliate in our affiliate program.

4. Restricted Use

4.1. You are prohibited from using the Service:

• 4.1.1. If you are under 18 (or below the local age of majority), or acting on behalf of a minor.
• 4.1.2. If you are resident in a country that prohibits online gambling.
• 4.1.3. If you are resident in / accessing from restricted countries (list per the Anjouan authority, including, but not limited to: Austria, France and territories, Germany, the Netherlands and territories, Spain, Union of the Comoros, the United Kingdom, the United States and territories, and countries on the FATF blacklist).
• 4.1.4–4.1.9. Other prohibitions include: collecting customer data; causing disruptions; unsolicited advertising; attempting fraud/collusion; scraping odds/violating intellectual property; and any illegal activity.

4.2–4.4. It is prohibited to sell/transfer an account; transfer funds between accounts; misuse may lead to immediate closure and legal measures.

5. Registration

We may refuse registrations at our discretion. Before betting/withdrawing, it may be necessary to become a Verified Customer (KYC checks). We may require photo ID, proof of address, etc.; while verification is pending, we may suspend betting or restrict Account options.

You must keep your contact details up to date; communications will be sent via the Registered Email. Only one Account per customer is permitted. We may request additional information or use third-party providers for verification. You must keep your password confidential and notify us in the event of misuse/breach.

Currencies: Your Account may display transactions in the currency used; some payment methods may use a processing currency with conversion. We are not obliged to open an Account; we may request additional information/documents.

6. Your Account

We do not provide credit. We may close/suspend an account for breach of these Terms, to preserve the integrity/fairness of the Service, or for other reasonable grounds. We may refuse/cancel/limit bets.

Any credits granted in error remain our property and will be reversed. If the account becomes negative, the outstanding balance must be paid. We recommend responsible recreational play; we offer self-exclusion. The account is not transferable, pledgeable, or assignable. To close your account, send an email from the Registered Email.

7. Deposits

Deposits must be made using a method in the account holder's name. Currency conversions may occur (reference Oanda/bank/processor). Fees may apply; the customer is responsible for their own bank fees. Processing is conducted via third parties; funds are credited only after authorization.

Chargebacks are prohibited; winnings obtained with charged-back funds will be forfeited. The account is not a bank account and does not earn interest. Acceptance of bonuses implies acceptance of specific bonus rules. Funds derived from illegal activity are prohibited. Keep records of transactions and these Terms.

8. Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal per transaction: €10 (or equivalent), except for full account closure. No commission is charged if the deposit has been wagered at least once; otherwise, an 8% fee (minimum €4) may be applied to combat money laundering. We may require additional verification before releasing withdrawals.

Withdrawals must be made to the same deposit method whenever possible; exceptions may require additional checks. Monthly limits: when the balance is ≥ 10x the sum of deposits, the limit is €5,000/month; in other cases: €10,000/month. Breach of restricted-use policies may prevent processing.

9. Payments and Processors

You are responsible for all amounts due. Chargebacks require reimbursement of losses and an administrative fee of €50 per occurrence. We may use third-party processors; their terms apply where not in conflict with these Terms. Transactions may be reviewed to prevent money laundering/terrorist financing. Compliance with anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, and regulatory obligations shall take precedence over all other contractual provisions. zamba.bet may delay, restrict, or refuse transactions, withdrawals, bonuses, or services where required to comply with applicable laws or regulatory obligations.

10. Errors

System errors/failures render bets void. You must inform us immediately about errors. We may void games/bets and correct balances, including recovering overpayments. Bets placed with materially incorrect odds or odds that materially diverge from the market may be cancelled/voided.

11. Game Rules, Refunds and Cancellations

Results are determined on the settlement date; later protests/reversals are not recognized for betting purposes (except as described). Results become final after 72 hours. Specific rules for sports/tournaments, postponements, draws, broadcast interruptions, minimum/maximum limits, and transaction verification are detailed; see also the SPORTS BETTING RULES.

12. Communications

Customer messages must be sent via the Support form. Our communications will be via the Website and/or the Registered Email. Language: English.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures/delays due to events beyond our reasonable control; we may cancel/suspend the Service.

14. Liability

Limitations apply as permitted by applicable law. Maximum aggregate liability: (a) the value of the relevant bets; or (b) €500, whichever is lower. Users are advised to check compatibility and protect against malicious software.

15. Underage Gambling

If underage gambling is suspected or proven, the account will be blocked; winnings will be withheld; deposits not resulting from winnings may be returned (we may deduct fees). This also applies to jurisdictions where the minimum age is higher than 18.

16. Fraud

Criminal/contractual sanctions apply against fraud/dishonesty; payments may be withheld; indemnification for losses may be required.

17. Intellectual Property

Unauthorized use of our name/logo/odds/systems is prohibited; all rights reserved.

18. License to Use

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and non-commercial use of the Service. It is prohibited to modify, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, etc., unless expressly authorized.

19. Conduct and Security

Prohibited behavior includes, among others: promoting illegal content; infringement of rights; viruses; reverse engineering; unauthorized automation; scams; spam; creating accounts by automated means or under false pretenses; impersonation of third parties. Measures may include content removal, account closure, and legal action.

20. External Links

We do not control or guarantee third-party websites; users are advised to exercise caution and review third-party policies.

21. Complaints

Contact Support using the Registered Email. We will try to respond within 28 days. Dispute deadlines: 3 days after the bet decision. Arbitration may be available if no amicable solution is reached.

22. Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to suitable third parties capable of providing a similar service, with notice in the Service.

23. Severability

Invalid clauses will be adjusted to reflect the original intent; the remaining clauses remain valid.

24. Breach

We may suspend/close your Account without prior notice in the event of a material breach; you will be informed afterwards.

25. General Provisions

These Terms remain in effect while access/use continues; provisions survive termination. Rules regarding gender/number apply; no implied waiver; acknowledgement of having read and agreed; the English version prevails in case of divergence; governing law: State of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros; entire agreement.
